ELECTRICAL LOCKOUT
- WARNING -
If the machine will be moved, make certain that the incoming electrical power is
turned OFF before disconnecting the electrical supply cable from the machine.
If the machine will be moved, disconnect the electrical supply cable from the machine.
If the machine will NOT be moved, lock out the main disconnect switch by extending the red bar
from the center of the switch and installing a lock in any one of the three holes to secure the switch.
AIR LOCKOUT
- WARNING -
Turn OFF and lock out the air supply before disconnecting the air line from the
machine.
If the machine will be moved or is not equipped with a shut-off valve, disconnect the air line from the
machine.
If the machine will NOT be moved and is equipped with a shut-off valve:
1. Turn the shut-off valve to the OFF position.
2. Lock the valve in the OFF position.
Attach this document, or a copy of this document, to the machine being stored.
