7.1 ERROR MESSAGES
If any error message is shown, do as follows:
Caution!
Be careful when you attach/detach the components to/from
the camera. This will help prevent damage to the data bus
connections.
1 Detach the components from the camera.
2 Attach the components to the camera again.
If the error message still shows, do as follows:
3 Detach the battery grip.
4 Wait 10 seconds.
5 Attach the battery grip again.
The camera’s processor have now been reset.
If the error message still shows, do as follows:
6 Write down the error message.
7 Contact your local Hasselblad Authorized Service Center.
