During standard working process, the current output voltage value is compared with the
reference output voltage value. If this value is out of the set tolerance range, the system
indicates a deviation which is displayed via LED’s. If desired, the unit can be locked after
a deviation was indicated.
As an option, you can manually enter an output voltage value. This value must be
determined by 8 reference wedings in advance. In this way, the output voltage value can
be stored for different program sequences. So you can store a special output voltage
value for each stud/lot dimension and carry out a process monitoring.
Change to the box Weld or Enter with the arrow key , the following menu is
displayed:

With sequence 1, you determine the reference value, sequence 2 is manual entry. Use
the keys or to select the menu items.
Press the enter key , the following menu is displayed:

TOLERANCE: 10%
Here you define the tolerance range
Increase tolerance range
Decrease tolerance range
With the arrow key you change the settings
1% - small tolerance range = high sensitivity
20% - large tolerance range = low sensitivity
Press the enter key , the following menu is displayed:
