If the value of receiving telegram from bus more than the upper
threshold value, the switch will action according to below option ( ON
or OFF or no action)
Options: Unchange
ON
OFF
Unchange: The channel switch position no change.
ON: The channel switch position set to ON.
OFF: The channel switch position set to OFF
