Program execution
The selected Teach-in or DIN program is executed as soon as you
press NC start. You can interrupt machining at any time by pressing
NC stop.
During program run, the cycle (or DIN block) that is currently being
run is highlighted. With Teach-in programs, the parameters of the
cycle currently being run are displayed in the input window.
You can influence the program run with the soft keys listed in this
table.
Soft keys
Select the Teach-in program or smart.Turn-
program
Teach-in program:
On: Cycles are run continuously, one after
the other, up to the next tool change to be
acknowledged
Off: Stop after every cycle. Start the
following cycle with NC start
smart.Turn program:
On: Program execution without any
interruption
Off: Stop before M01 command
On: Stop after every traverse path (basic
block). Start the next path with NC start
(Recommendation: Single block should be
used together with the basic-block display)
Off: Cycles / DIN commands are executed
without any interruption
Input of tool compensation values or additive
compensation values

Activate the Simulation submode
On: The traversing and switching
commands are shown in DIN format
(basic blocks)
Off: Teach-in or DIN program is displayed
For DIN programs, the soft key will be avail-
able once you pressed the Start blck search
soft key.
The cursor goes to the first block of the
Teach-in program or DIN program
Enables you to enter into an NC program at a
selected point
