5.8 Milling cycles
Menu item Meaning
Milling cycles are used to machine axial and
radial slots, contours, pockets, surfaces and
polygons.

In Teach-in submode these cycles include the activation/
deactivation of the C axis and the positioning of the spindle.
In Machine mode you can activate the C axis with Rapid
positioning and position the spindle before the actual milling cycle.
The milling cycles then automatically deactivate the C axis.
