HERO MAESTRO - LOCKS AND STORAGE; STEERING AND SEAT LOCKS

To lock the steering, turn the handle bar all
the way to the left, turn the key (1) to
"LOCK" position while pushing in and
remove the key. Lock the shutter after
removing the key.
STEERING LOCK
(A) Push in
(1) Ignition switch
(B) Turn to lock
The seat lock (1), is on the left rear side
below the rear grip.
SEAT LOCK
To lift the seat, insert the key (2) and turn
it clockwise to unlock.
To lock the seat, push down until it locks.
Make sure the seat is secure before riding.

CAUTION
CAUTION
Gently close the seat by hand. Sudden
dropping of the seat may result in breaking
the seat lock and malfunction of the lock.
Do not try to turn the key to "LOCK"
position while riding the scooter, which
may lead to loss of vehicle control.
