STEERING LOCK
2. Starter Switch
Ensure starter switch (2) is operated when the
vehicle is in neutral. If the vehicle is engaged in
gear, press the clutch lever before operating
the starter switch. Release starter switch after
the engine has started.

Following is “ON”
Never hold starter switch continuously for
more than 5 seconds as continuously cranking
of engine will drain the battery.
CAUTION

SIDE STAND INDICATOR
Steering lock is within the ignition switch, turn
the key (1) to “OFF” position & turn the
handle bar towards left or right & push the key
downwards & turn towards "Lock" position.
After locking take out the key.
When the side stand is down ignition switch
“ON” ( ), an indicator lamp glows in the
speedometer panel.
For the safety of the customer a side stand
indicator (1) is provided.

SIDE STAND SWITCH
A side stand switch (2) is provided in the side
stand (3). When the vehicle is parked on side
stand, with the Ignition Switch “ON”, the side
stand indicator lamp glows on the
speedometer panel.
î When the side stand is down, the vehicle
can be started only in neutral by
kick/electric start.
