Scope of warranty
Hero MotoCorp Ltd. Hero MotoCorp (hereinafter called ‘ ') warrants its Xtreme vehicles,
assembled/manufactured in its to be free from Plants and sold through its channel partners,
any defect-both in material and workmanship, under normal use and conditions, subject to
the following terms & conditions.
a) Xtreme vehicle is warranted for a period of , whichever is 5 years or 70000 Km
earlier, from the date of purchase.
c) Xtreme Hero MotoCorp'sIf any is observed in vehicle, only obligation/ liability problem
is to repair or replace that part/those parts which is/are considered to be the cause of
such , provided however that such has not resulted due to problem problem
misuse/improper handling etc. of the vehicle. Any vehicle needing repair should Xtreme
be brought along with owner's manual to authorized workshop for Hero MotoCorp's
necessary inspection and carrying rectification job.
Terms & conditions
b) It is advised that the purchaser avails all free and paid services from the Hero MotoCorp’s
authorized workshop as per the recommended schedule, to be eligible for warranty
benefits. Each paid service should be availed within 90 days from the date of previous
service or as per the recommended schedule, whichever is earlier.
