4 KEY FEATURES
4.1 Main equipment
• Dual probe inputs for TESA compatible inductive probes, type half-bridge.
• Automatic probe recognition and adjustable probe sensitivity, used factors
X1, X1.5, X2.5 or higher. Valid only for TESA probes available as from
early 1997.
• Combined numerical/analogue display (6 digits).
• Direct metric/inch conversion, range selection through the keypad.
• 9 switchable ranges plus 1 Auto Range (see technical specifications for details).
• Operating mode ±A ±B directly selected through the keypad.
• Separate setting and offset zeroing for each probe input.
• Direct or step-by-step measuring.
• Memory functions.
• Simultaneous probing in dynamic measurement for both channels,
≥10 single values/sec.
• Automatic storage of chosen configuration before switching off.
• Selectable analogue output, ±2 V or ±10 V, for connecting a storage unit
or separate display.
• RS232 digital input/output.
• Power supply through charger, 7.3 V.
• Stackable casing with four hinged feet (2 sloping positions).
• Front face to IP54.
• Compliance to EC international standards.
TT80, TT90 in mode TT80 and TT90 main functions
– Measurements with or without tolerances, selection through the keypad.
– Input of limit values for tolerances through the keypad.
– Display of assigned quality class to the measured value through LEDs with green
for «Good», amber for «Rework» and red for «Scrap».
– Selection of the measurement-type (internal or external).
– Value classification through contact relays and common data point.
– Selectable output for 5, 10, 20 or 40 good classes (i.e. within tolerances).
TT90-UPC main functions
– Automatic control of the vacuum pump for bolt retraction using cable 04761070.
– RS output format compatible with TESA UP software. Data transmission in µm
and mils requires the use of cable 04760087.
