Replacing the Test Lead’s Tip Pin
For model L2020

Turn off the instrument and remove the test lead.

Rotate the grip to loosen it.
Beware of injury since the tip has
a sharp point.

Remove the tip pin.

Replace with a new tip pin.

Rotate the grip to fasten it.
Be sure to fasten it tightly.

To avoid broken wires and contact failures, check that the

Check the performance.
Measure an object to make sure that the measured resistance is correct
before using it.
