Replacing Fuses
CAUTION
When replacing the fuse, do not allow foreign matter to
enter the instrument. It may cause a malfunction.
1
Remove the test leads
from the instrument.

Set the rotary switch to
OFF.

Using a Phillips
screwdriver, remove the
screws (2 locations) from
the battery cover.

Remove the battery cover.
5
Insert a slotted
screwdriver or a similar
tool (from the direction of
the arrow in the left gure),
and remove the fuse.
6
Attach a new fuse.
7
Reattach the battery cover.
8
Secure the cover with the
screws.
