(1) Remove 1 screw holding the PSW circuit board.
m@ Microphone Unit (B)
(2) Remove 2 screws holding the microphone unit and MIC plate (E).
@ DC Light (C) [TYPE 965], Front Cover (D)
(3) Remove 2 screws holding the DC light.
Reinstallation procedure and caution:

Take
care
with
the
orientation
of
the
microphone
when
reinstalling
it:
The
red
wire
is
for
the
right
side;
the
yellow
lead
is
for the left side.

careful

not

damage
the
connectors
(PG0951
and
PGO731)
between
the
VCA
and
CON
circuit
boards.
*
Be
careful
so
as
not
to
damage
the
cables
(for
LCD)
and
flat
cable
(for
DV
circuit
board)
between
the
L-case
assembly
and R-case assembly.
m@ L-Case Assembly (A) and R-Case Assembly (B)
(1) Remove 6 screws holding the L-case assembly and R-case assembly.
(2) Disconnect 2 connectors on the VCA circuit board (C).
(3) Disconnect 1 flat cable on the CON circuit board (D).
Reinstallation procedure and caution:
* Connect connectors PG0951 and PGO731 securely.
