2.6 Camera Chassis Assembly [Lens Frame, Lens, SE Circuit Board, CCD Sensor], VCR Chassis
Assembly, Jack Unit , Power Terminal Unit, Rear Cover (Fig. 2-6)
Cautions:
* Be careful so as not to damage the connectors (PG0O201 and PG1001) between the VCA and SE circuit boards.
* Be careful so as not to damage the connectors between the VCA circuit board (PG0001) and rear unit.
* Be careful not to damage the crystal filter and CCD sensor.
m Camera Chassis Assembly (A) [Lens Frame (K), Lens (F), SE Circuit Board (J), CCD Sensor (I)]
(1) Disconnect 1 flat cable on the VCA circuit board (L).
(2) Remove 3 screws and remove camera chassis assembly in the direction of the arrow.
(2-1) Remove 3 screws holding the lens frame.
(2-2) Remove 2 screws holding the lens.
(2-3) Remove 2 screws holding the CCD sensor.
(2-4) Unsolder 14 points (terminal of the CCD sensor) on the SE circuit board.
m VCR Chassis Assembly (B)
(3) Disconnect 1 connector on the VCA circuit board (L).
(4) Disconnect 1 flat cable on the VCA circuit board (L).
(5) Remove 1 screw and remove the rear cover (E) in the direction of the arrow.
(6) Release 1 tab and remove the VCR chassis assembly from R-case (M).
m@ Jack Unit (C)
(7) Disconnect 1 flat cable on the jack unit.
(8) Remove 1 screw holding the jack unit and R-case.
m™ Rear Cover (D) and Power Terminal Unit (E)
(9) Remove 1 screw holding the power terminal unit.
(10) Release 3 tabs of the power terminal unit.
Reinstallation procedure and cautions:
* Connect connectors PG0201 and PG1001 securely.
* Connect connectors PG0001 and rear unit securely.
¢ The crystal filter is non-directional.
* Fit in the CCD sensor parallel to the SE circuit board, fix it with screws, and then solder it.
