9.4.4 Disabling Output Until RUN Command Permission
 How to prevent the motor from running without permission from the control system?
 To ensure that the system configuration remains safe, inverter operation can be disabled until
an operation permission signal that is separate from the RUN command is input.
 When "RUN enable [REN] (84)" is assigned to an input terminal, the inverter operation is not
permitted until the [REN] input terminal is turned on.
 This function is enabled by assigning [REN] to one of the input terminals.
 When the [REN] input terminal is assigned and the signal is off, the inverter is prevented from
operating. When performing temporary operation such as commissioning, the [REN] input
terminal must be set to "No assignment [no] (no)".
