Chapter 12 ProDriveNext/EzSQ
12-2-3
EzSQ program reserved variables and related parameters and I/O terminals
Additional parameters related to EzSQ function are listed below. I/O terminals, analog I/O
terminals, parameters and monitors in the table below input/output to EzSQ program by the
reserved variables shown below.
■ EzSQ function related monitor
Displays the number of the program line being
executed.
Displays the program No. that was set when the
program was created.
Displays the values assigned to Umon(00),
Umon(01), and Umon(02), respectively, in the
program.

■ Parameters related to EzSQ function
[Ai1] Terminal analog
input
The analog input to [Ai1] terminal is captured to
the general-purpose analog input XA(0).
Parameter setting is not required. The input
characteristic follows the start/end function
([A011] to [A015]). When the parameter is the
initial value, 0 to 10VDC will be 0 to 10000.
[Ai2] Terminal analog
input
The analog input to [Ai2] terminal is loaded to
the general-purpose analog input XA(1).
Parameter setting is not required. The input
characteristic follows the start/end function
([A101] to [A105]). If the parameter is the initial
value, 4 to 20 mA will be 0 to 10000.
Input terminal function
selection
General-purpose input 1 to 7 ([MI1] to [MI7]):
When [MI1] to [MI7] is assigned to an input
terminal, each terminal status is input to the
internal variables X(00) to X(06) (or Xw).
General-purpose output 1 to 3 ([MO1] to [MO3]):
When [MO1] to [MO3] is assigned to an
output terminal, the status of the internal
variables Y(00) to Y(02) (or Yw) is output to
the respective terminals.
[Ao2] output monitor
selection
When "General-purpose analog output YA(0)" is
set, the value of reserved variable YA(0) is
output from the [Ao2] terminal.
[Ao1] output monitor
selection
When "General-purpose analog output YA (1)"
is set, the value of reserved variable YA (1) is
output from the [Ao1] terminal.
Pulse input, target
function selection
When "Extension input terminal for EzSQ (02)"
is set, the status of the [PLA] terminal is input to
the internal variable X(07) (or Xw).
EzSQ User parameter
U(00) to U(30)
User parameters U(00) to U(30) can be
read/written from Keypad by [P100] to [P131].
A user trip can be generated at any timing by
executing trip command from EzSQ program.
[E50] to [E59] occur according to trip 0 to trip
9.
