Why does my Hobart UX leave stripes and stains on dishes?

The ideal degree of hardness is 4° Clark, and the ideal conductivity value is max. 80 µS/cm for stainless steel washware and max. 400 µS/cm for dishes. Conversely, insufficient rinse aid concentration can also cause stains, so increase the quantity according to the instructions. Finally, if your machine has a softener, ensure you are using only granular regeneration salt.
