Front Panel Display Frozen/
Unable to edit values
Switch the meter off and on again to check for the front
panel display.
Note – Contact the manufacturer in case it doesn’t work.
Date and Time have been
reset/ Inconsistent date-time
display
Restart the meter by powering off and on again then
reset the date and time.
To reset parameters, please refer Setup Menu section for
details on setting meter parameters.
Data transmission blocked/
meter unable to send data.
1. Check Pulse communication terminals and reset the
communication setup sealing button up or down.
2. Restart the system and reconnect for data
transmission.
Meter Setup fail/ Meter setup
failing multiple times
1. Go to the home screen using the navigation method
provided.
2. Perform the reset of values and navigate to the setup
options.
3. Use the navigation method to check for the setup
options.
4. Disconnect the mobile phone from meter, if
connected.
5. Carefully check the parameters for wiring setup and
connection settings.
6. Check and confirm the parameters from the main
electrical network.
Meter feature not accessible/
available
1. Restart the meter and check for updated firmware.
2. Toggle through the front panel display options to
view the feature.
3. Use SET button to access the feature.
4. Use toggle button to access the menu items.
