2.4. Special notes for UV-Scan with integrated accumulator
It is only allowed to store the UV-Scan with an accumulator in the ambient
temperature range between -20°C and +60°C. The operating temperature

out an accumulator.
Do not dispose of the accumulators in fire and do not heat them. The ac-
cumulators may explode!
Also damaged accumulators can explode.
For replacing the accumulator send the UV-Scan to the Hönle Costumer
Service. Dispose the UV-Scan with integrated accumulator accordingly or
send the UV-Scan to the Hönle Costumer Service.
Do not dispose of the UV-Scan with integrated accumulators in the house-
hold waste!
2.5. Warranty and liability
The Dr. Hönle AG "General conditions of sale and delivery" always apply.
They are available to the user upon signing the contract, at the latest. The
system may only be used if it is set up correctly and if its design has not
been modified in any way. No warranty or liability claims may be made in
the event of injury to persons or damage to property if this has arisen from
one or more of the following:
 improper use
 incorrect mounting, commissioning, start up and operation,
 operation with defective and/or non-functional safety and protective
devices,
 failure to comply with the information in the operating instructions re-
garding safety, transport, storage, mounting/installation, commission-
ing, operation and maintenance of the unit,
 unauthorised structural modifications,
 inadequate monitoring of parts which are subject to wear,
 incorrectly performed repairs,
 failure of the cooling unit and/or operation of it that is non-compliant
with the specified operating conditions (see Technical Data)
 the action of foreign bodies or mechanical damage,
 catastrophes,
 force majeure
