Measuring Optical Power
Description Optical power measurement can be performed on the SONET signal
connected to the Optical module IN port.
HOW TO: 1 Connect the SONET optical signal to the IN port of the Optical
module.
2 Choose the received input signal rate on the
display.
3 Choose the received wavelength on the display.
NOTE The optical power measurement is always available even if the test timing
is off.
