● If the error reappears, swap the corresponding Printhead with one of the other two positions to
see if the err
or stays at the position or moves with the Printhead. In case the error moves with the
Printhead, replace it and try to print again.
● If the error stays with the position and doesn’t move with the Printhead, in the diagnostic mode
per
form the 0085-01 “Check electronics” for each of the Printhead Interconnect boards and take a
picture of the front panel in case an error occurs. Then contact HP Support.
