5012 - Server state FAILED
Severity: CRITICAL
Description: The server state is FAILED.
Possible cause: An error occurred while VC was attempting to apply a profile to a server.
Action: Verify that communication between VC and Onboard Administrator for the affected server is
operational. Verify that the server is in a good state (not failed or faulted).
5014 - Server state INCOMPATIBLE
Severity: MAJOR
Description: The VC management application has determined that the server BIOS version does not support
the minimum capabilities required for Virtual Connect.
Possible cause: The server has a down-rev BIOS version.
Action: Update the BIOS on the server to latest version.
5019 - Server state is NO_COMM
Severity: MAJOR
Description: The Virtual Connect Manager is unable to communicate with the server.
Possible cause: The server is not responding to commands from the Virtual Connect Manager due to a
BIOS/iLO or hardware issue.
Actions:
Ensure there are no power issues in the enclosure.
Check appropriate BIOS or ILO versions are installed.
Verify the communication between OA and VC.
Remove and install the server blade.
Replace the server.
5022 - Missing information for one or more blades of a multi-blade server
Severity: MAJOR
Description: Information is missing for one or more blades of a multi-blade server.
Possible cause: The multi-blade server initialization has not completed successfully.
Actions:
Power cycle the server to see if the server initialization completes successfully.
Remove and install the server blade.
Replace the multi-blade server.
5050 - The BIOS for the following devices is not compatible with Virtual Connect
Severity: MAJOR
