Active Health System Viewer
Active Health System Viewer (AHSV) is an online tool used to read, diagnose, and resolve server issues
quickly using AHS uploaded data. AHSV provides Hewlett Packard Enterprise recommended repair
actions based on experience and best practices. AHSV provides the ability to:
• Read server configuration information
• View Driver/Firmware inventory
• Review Event Logs
• Respond to Fault Detection Analytics alerts
• Open new and update existing support cases
Active Health System
The Active Health System monitors and records changes in the server hardware and system
configuration.
