Context
The 15 kW 6 U, 7.5 kW 6 U, and 7.5 kW 3 U PDUs can be replaced in a similar way. This
section describes how to replace a 15 kW 6 U PDU.
The upstream switch for the cabinets must be turned off. Ensure that the input is disconnected
during replacement.
Procedure
Step 1 Replace the 15 kW 6 U PDU.
1. Turn off the battery switch.
2. Open the front and rear doors of the Converged Cabinet. Remove the input power cable,
UPS input and output power cables, air conditioner power cable, IT cabinet power cable,
and signal cable from the rear of the PDU.
After removing cables, wrap exposed terminals with insulation tape and do not block cable
labels. If cable labels are blocked, cables may be connected incorrectly.
3. Remove the screws from the PDU, and pull out the faulty PDU, as shown in Figure 5-12.
