Step 4 Disconnect the camera network cable and remove the dome camera.
Step 5 Install a new camera, reconnect the network cable, and secure the camera to the base using
screws.

Follow-up Procedure
Check whether the new camera works properly and adjust the camera angle. If video images
are properly displayed on the video screen of the management system client, the new camera
works properly.
5.4.11 Replacing a VCN500
Prerequisites
Recommended tools: Phillips screwdriver, flat-head screwdriver
A VCN500 needs to be replaced.
A spare VCN500 of the same model is available and functional.
Context
A VCN500 is deployed at the 40–41 U position on the front top of the IT cabinet adjacent to
the Converged Cabinet. For details, see Figure 5-63.
