Procedure
Step 1 Remove cables from the VCN500.
After removing cables, wrap exposed terminals with insulation tape and do not block cable
labels. If cable labels are blocked, cables may be connected incorrectly.
Step 2 Remove the faulty VCN500 from the cabinet.
Step 3 Place the new VCN500 with caution into the IT cabinet, and gently press down buttons on the
upper and lower mounting ears, as shown in Figure 5-64.

Step 4 Tighten the captive screws in the ears using a Phillips screwdriver to close the mounting ear
buttons, as shown in Figure 5-65.
