Figure 5-19 Removing a battery switch trip board
Step 4 Remove the four screws from the BIB board using a Phillips screwdriver, and remove the
faulty BIB board, as shown by (2) in Figure 5-19.
Step 5 Install the new BIB board by referring to the preceding method, and connect cables.
Step 6 Reinstall the front panel on the circuit breaker, and close the corresponding cabinet door.

5.2.11 Replacing a Battery Switch Tripper
Prerequisites
The battery switch of the battery cabinet must be disconnected. When there are multiple
battery strings connected in parallel, all battery switches need to be disconnected. Ensure that
all battery switches are disconnected during replacement.
Tools: electroprobe, insulation gloves, Phillips screwdriver, multimeter.
Materials: A spare battery switch tripper of the same model is available and functional.
The battery switch tripper is damaged or faulty and cannot work.
