5.2.2 Replacing a Fuse
Prerequisites
When replacing a fuse, you must wear insulation gloves, and must not touch the input copper
bar.
Tools: insulation gloves.
Materials: A new fuse is intact and has the same model as the old fuse.
Context
The fuse is located near the rear door of the Converged Cabinet, as shown in Figure 5-7.
Fuses can be replaced in a similar way. The figures show how to replace a fuse on a 15 kW 6 U
PDU.
In the ATS input scenario, the fuses of the indicators and the ATS control loop are located on the
right side at the rear of the power distribution module.
In the single input scenario, the fuse of the indicators is located on the right side at the rear of the
power distribution module.
When an emergency fan is configured, the fuse of the fan power source is located on the left side of
the Converged Cabinet rear door.
