6 Operations
6.1 Check Before Power-On
AC power cable colors comply with local regulations.
The input and output are not short-circuited.
Cables and terminals are securely connected.
Battery cables and terminals are correctly connected, and voltages comply
with industry standards.
The UPS is properly connected to battery strings.
Input circuit breakers and load circuit breakers are OFF.
Power cables and signal cables are correctly identied.
The phase sequence of the input power is correct.
Cables are neatly routed and securely bound according to requirements.
The equipment is installed and cables are routed in ways that facilitate
modication, capacity expansion, and maintenance.
Parallel cables in a parallel system are properly connected.
Devices are properly grounded.
The voltage dierence between the neutral wire and the ground cable is less
than 5 V AC.
The mains input voltage ranges from 120 V AC to 280 V AC (after the UPS is
powered on, the mains input voltage ranges from 80 V AC to 280 V AC). The
battery voltage range is as follows: (Number of batteries x 10.8 V DC) to 280
V DC.
6.2 Lead-Acid Battery Scenario
6.2.1 Single UPS Operations
This section describes operations on a single 15 kVA/20 kVA UPS.
