● Only trained personnel are allowed to move the equipment.
● Do not move the equipment by holding its mounting ears, front panel, wiring
terminal cover, or control panel.
● At least two persons are required to move the battery pack and transformer
because they are heavy. Exercise caution when moving them. Prevent the
battery pack from falling over; otherwise, re accidents may occur. Remove
rings, watches, and other metal objects when you move the battery pack.
● Move the chassis with caution. Any bumping or falling may damage the
equipment. After placing the equipment, unpack it carefully to prevent
scratches.
● If the installation environment is poor, take dustproof and anti-condensation
measures after unpacking the equipment to prevent condensation and dust
buildup, which may corrode the equipment.
1. Visually inspect the UPS appearance for shipping damage. If any shipping
damage is found, report it to the carrier immediately.
2. Move the UPS to the installation position.
3. Remove the packing materials. Check whether the UPS exterior is in good
condition and free of collision marks or scratches. If any damage is found,
contact the shipping company immediately.
4. Check whether the fastening components and removable components are
loose. If they are loose, notify the carrier and manufacturer immediately.
5. Check the type and quantity of ttings against the packing list. If some
ttings are missing or do not match the models in the packing list, record the
information and contact the supplier immediately.
4.2 Installation Procedure
UPS installation includes mechanical installation and cable connection. Rack- and
tower-mounted installation modes are supported. You can select an installation
