Alternative Wood Valance
■
Outside mounts and non-flush inside
mounts only: Use the valance corner
brackets to attach a return to each end of
the valance.
➤
Fit the tabs on the corner bracket into
the notches on the valance and return.
➤
Be sure the mitered corners are flush.
■
Headrail widths with two-piece valances:
Lay the two pieces of the valance on a flat surface and
connect them by placing a dovetail bracket at the seam.
■
Attach dovetail brackets to the valance clips.
➤
Insert the top of the dovetail bracket into the top of the valance clip.
➤
Rotate the dovetail bracket down to snap it in place.
