Place guide pins on the air lter holder in the
rubber grommets D. Tighten the screws E.
Tightening torque 1.5-2 Nm. See gure 48.

Press down the throttle valve shaft (1) and fasten
the throttle pressure rod out to its fastening as
outlined in gure 49.

Fasten the return hose B and secure it in its
mountings on the air lter holder and partition wall.
Attach the pressure hose A (short hose on the
short plastic plug) on the fuel pump and carburetor.
Fasten the fuel hose C to the carburetor. See
gure 50.

Attach the earth cable to the carburetor and intake
system as outlined in gure 51. Note! The earth
cable should be tted at an angle of 45° to the
intake system so as not to chafe against it.
8
Assemble the air lter and cylinder cover.
