Additional contacts can be configured for subsystems located at other sites. They only
receive notifications related to subsystem problems. See Figure 6-5 for information about the
notifications.

There are several types of notifications sent by RSM to the primary contact or subsystem
contact, as configured in the RSM:
Remote Access notifications are sent when:
– Remote access is enabled or disabled, as shown in Example 6-1.
