Click on the button for the desired log file to view its contents.

Depending at the selected log file, the amount of information varies.
Click on the Download button to save the content of the log file.
A dialog box opens where the operator can select between saving and opening the log
file. If the operator selects saving, the file will be saved in ASCII format, which can be
opened with any text editor program.
The “Scanner log” file has the most comprehensive content and gives a good overview of
the scanner activities.
D.5.2.2 Stitching Log enabled
This log file is only available with the flat bed and large format scanners.
The log file is a ZIP archive and contains information to analyze the stitching algorithm. It
is password protected and cannot be opened by the user.
In case of an error the ZIP archive should be sent to the Image Access support. It will help
to analyze the error and to find a solution.
