Recommend Valve Dimension
1 Navigate
to Select Valve, press enter.
2 Enter Flow.
3 Select valve type, cycle the options with
or press enter to open drop down list.
4 List of calculated valves is automatically displayed.
5 The best valve dimension is indicated by a green arrow.
6 Scroll the list with
.
7 List also displays two alternatives for Differential pressure (∆p) at various valve openings depending on valve type.
8 Switch to Select Pipe, press function key
.
9 Return to Hydronic Calculator main menu by pressing function key Quit.
Unit Conversion
1 Navigate
to Unit Conversion, press enter.
2 Select variable for conversion, cycle the options with
or press enter to open drop down list.
3 Set the units according to desired conversion.
4 When entering a value in one of the value fields the converted value is shown in the other.
5 Return to Hydronic Calculator main menu by pressing function key Quit.
