Filter Cleaning
Filters in the measuring hoses protect the Dp Sensor from dirt and particles in the fluid running in the hydronic
system.
Wear of the filter depends on usage, change when required to maintain optimum accuracy. A set of spare filters is
delivered with the TA-SCOPE and can also be ordered as an accessory.
Clean the filter frequently, preferably after each session.
Use the Allen key, 3 mm, provided in the TA-SCOPE case, to remove the filter holder (1), washer (2), O-ring (3)
and filter (4). Release and wash the filter.
Calibration Certificates
Calibration certificates for the TA-SCOPE Dp Sensor and Digital Temperature Sensor are issued after the delivery
control. The equipment used is traceable to national standards according to ISO 9001 or equivalent.
The frequency of calibration depends upon instrument usage and requirements according to corporate standards.
IMI Hydronic Engineering recommends regular calibration of the Dp sensor and Digital Temperature Sensor on an
annual basis to ensure optimum performance.
