GUIDELINES
A. A deficiency (X) may constitute a hazard. X must be corrected and/or faulty parts replaced before resuming operation.
B. Recommendations (R) should be considered for corrective actions. Corrective action for a particular recommendation depends on the
facts in each situation.
C. Corrective actions (CA), repairs, adjustments, parts replacement, etc. are to be performed by a qualified person in accordance with all
manufacturers recommendations, specifications and requirements.
NOTE: Deficiencies (X) listed must be followed by the corresponding corrective action taken (CA).
X = DEFICIENCY R = RECOMMENDATION CA = CORRECTIVE ACTION TAKEN
