Fault code Fault Name Possible Causes Solutions
07#
Overvoltage
during
deceleration
1. The input voltage is too high.
2. An external force drives the motor during
running.
1. Adjust the voltage to normal range.
2. Cancel the external force or install a
braking resistor.
08#
Control power
fault
1. The input voltage is not within the allowable
range.
1. Adjust the input voltage to the
allowable range.
09# Undervoltage
1. Instantaneous power down occurs.
2. The input voltage of the AC drive is not
within the allowable range.
3. The bus voltage is abnormal.
4. The rectier bridge and buffer resistor are
faulty.
5. The drive board is abnormal.
6. The control board is abnormal.
1. Reset the fault.
2. Adjust the voltage to normal range.
3. Contact the agent or Inovance.
4. Contact the agent or Inovance.
5. Contact the agent or Inovance.
6. Contact the agent or Inovance.
10#
AC drive
overload
1. The load is too heavy or locked-rotor occurs
on the motor.
2. The AC drive size is small.
3. If this fault occurs at start, an output phase
of the AC drive may be lost.
1. Reduce the load and check the motor
and mechanical conditions.
2. Replace a large drive.
3. For details, see the troubleshooting of
the 25# fault.
11# Motor overload
1. Check whether the motor protection
parameter bE.01 is set properly.
2. The load is too heavy or locked-rotor occurs
on the motor.
3. The AC drive size is small.
1. Set bE.01 properly.
2. Reduce the load and check the motor
and mechanical conditions.
3. Replace a large drive.
12#
Power input
phase loss
1. The three-phase power input is abnormal.
2. The drive board is abnormal.
3. The lightning protection board is abnormal.
4. The main control board is abnormal.
1. Eliminate external faults.
2. Contact the agent or Inovance.
3. Contact the agent or Inovance.
4. Contact the agent or Inovance.
14#
Module
overheat
1. The ambient temperature is too high.
2. The air lter is blocked.
3. The fan is damaged.
4. The thermally sensitive resistor of the
module is damaged.
5. The inverter module is damaged.
1. Lower the ambient temperature.
2. Clean the air lter.
3. Replace the damaged fan.
4. Replace the damaged thermally
sensitive resistor.
5. Replace the inverter module.
15#
Built-in braking
unit overload
1. The braking resistor size is small.
2. The braking resistor is short circuited.
3. The built-in braking unit is damaged.
4. The generating power of the external load is
large.
1. Replace a large braking resistor.
2. Check whether the cable connecting
the AC drive and the braking resistor is
normal.
3. Contact the agent or Inovance.
16#
Built-in braking
unit shoot-
through
17# Contactor fault
1. The drive board and power supply are
abnormal.
2. The contactor is abnormal.
1. Replace the drive board or the power
supply board.
2. Replace the contactor.
