You can set the main frequency in the following eight channels:
z 0: Terminal UP/DOWN (non-retentive at power failure)
The initial value of the set frequency is F0-08 (Preset frequency). You can change the
set frequency via the UP/DOWN function of the input terminals.
When the AC drive is re-powered on after power failure, the set frequency is resumed
to the value of F0-08.
z 1: Terminal UP/DOWN (retentive at power failure)
The initial value of the set frequency is F0-08 (Preset frequency). You can change the
set frequency via the UP/DOWN function of the input terminals.
When the AC drive is powered on again after power failure, the set frequency is the
value memorized at the moment of power failure.
z 2: AI1, 3: AI2, 4: AI3
The frequency is decided by analog input (AI). The AC drive has two AI terminals (AI1,
AI2) and the other AI terminal (AI3) is provided by the I/O extension card. AI1 and AI3
are 0 to 10 V voltage input. AI2 is either 0 to 10 V voltage input or 4 to 20 mA current
input, decided by the J3 jumper on the control board.
z 5: High-speed pulse setting (DI5)
The frequency is decided by DI5 (high-speed pulse), which providing 9 to 30 V
voltage input, corresponding to the frequency of 0 to 100 kHz.
Note that high-speed pulses can be input only via terminal DI5.
z 6: Multi-speed
If multi-speed running mode is selected, you need to set related parameters in group
F4 and group FC to determine the corresponding relationship between the given
signal and the given frequency.
z 9: Via communication
The main frequency is set from the host computer.

When the auxiliary frequency source is used as independent frequency setting
channel (frequency source switched over from X to Y), it is used in the same way as
the main frequency source X.
When the auxiliary frequency source is used for operation (frequency source is "X
and Y superposition", switched over between X and "X and Y superposition"), pay
attention to the following aspects:
z If the auxiliary frequency source is digital setting, the preset frequency (F0-08) does
not take effect. You can directly make modification via the UP/DOWN function of the
multi-function terminal DI5 on the basis of the set main frequency.
z If the auxiliary frequency source is analog (AI1, AI2 and AI3) or pulse setting, the input
