These parameters are applied to the applications where there is no speed sensor (SFVC
and V/F control).
FWD Startup
If the running command is FWD running (corresponding to hoisting), the AC drive provides
output for the forward direction based on the setting of FA-00. When the output current
exceeds the value of FA-02, the AC drive immediately outputs the brake release signal
and performs the delay. At this moment, the AC drive keeps the output frequency at FA-00.
After the delay (FA-04) is reached, the AC drive starts to accelerate to the target
frequency.
REV Startup
If the running command is REV running (corresponding to lowering), the AC drive provides
output for the reverse direction based on the setting of FA-01. When the output current
exceeds the value of FA-03, the AC drive immediately outputs the brake release signal
and performs the delay. During the delay, the AC drive keeps the output frequency at
FA-01. After the delay (FA-04) is reached, the AC drive starts to accelerate to the target
frequency.
Stop
When the AC drive decelerates to the frequency set in FA-05 after the running command
is cancelled, the AC drive disables the brake release signal and performs the delay.
During the delay, the AC drive keeps the output frequency at FA-05. After the delay is
reached, the AC drive stops.
FA-08 is DC braking current and is set according to the percentage of rated current of the
AC drive. FA-10, FA-11 and FA-12 are control parameters of DC braking at stop. After
decelerating to the value of FA-12, the AC drive stops motor torque output and the brake
is applied. After the DC braking waiting time in FA-11 is reached, DC braking at stop starts.
After the DC braking output time in FA-10 is reached, the AC drive stops.

Startup
The AC drive outputs the frequency based on the setting of FA-27. When the output
current exceeds the value (FA-19 for FWD, FA-20 for REV), the AC drive outputs the
brake release signal and performs the delay based on the setting of FA-21. During the
delay, the AC drive keeps the output frequency at FA-27 and then accelerates.
Stop
When the AC drive decelerates to the setting of FA-22 after the running command is
cancelled, the AC drive disables the brake release signal and performs the delay based
on the setting of FA-23. During the delay, the AC drive keeps the output frequency at
FA-22. After the delay (FA-04) is reached, the AC drive stops.
