5 Routine Maintenance
5.1 Routine Maintenance Checklist
Check the following items daily to avoid deterioration in performance or product
damage. Print the checklist and sign the "Checked" column after each inspection.

Motor
Check whether abnormal sounds
and vibration occur on the motor.
● Check the mechanical connections.
● Check output phase loss of the motor.
● Confirm that the retaining screws of the
motor are tightened.
Fan
Check whether the cooling fan of the
AC drive and motor work normally.
● Check the operation of the cooling fan of the
AC drive.
● Check the operation of the cooling fan of the
motor.
● Confirm that the air filter is not clogged.
● Confirm that the ambient temperature is
within the allowed range.
Installation
environment
Check whether the cabinet and
cable duct are normal.
● Confirm that input and output cables do not
have damaged insulation.
● Confirm that no vibration occurs on the
hanging bracket.
● Confirm that the copper bars and terminals
are not loose or corroded.
Load
Check whether the operation
current of the AC drive exceeds the
rated current of the AC drive and
motor for a certain period.
● Confirm that motor parameters are set
properly.
● Confirm that the motor is not overloaded.
● Confirm that the mechanical vibration is not
too large (< 1G under normal conditions).
Input voltage
Check whether the voltage of the
main circuit power supply and the
control circuit power supply is
normal.
● Confirm that the input voltage is within the
allowed range.
● Confirm that no heavy load exists around.
