Installing the Fan (MD580‑4T2R1B to MD580‑4T377)
① Install the fan in a reverse procedure to removal. Pay attention to the direction of the
fan.
② Install the fan and fan cover on the AC drive. Note that the mounting holes are aligned,
as shown in figure ③ of the removal procedure.
③ After replacement, ensure that the air flows upwards.
Removing the Fan (MD580‑4T426(‑L) to MD580‑4T820(‑L))
① Remove the six fixing
screws on the cover. Then,
hold the cover with both
hands and lift it up in the
arrow direction shown
below to remove the cover.
② Disconnect the fan power
cable connectors from the
AC drive. Each fan has a
power cable connector.
③ Remove the fixing screws
from the fan box and draw
the fan box out in the arrow
direction.
④ Loosen the fixing screws
from each fan cover and
remove the fans.
