• Definition: Counts the number of cycles when the Intel® QPI Ingress is not empty. This tracks

the Intel® QPI Ingress Occupancy Accumulator event in order to calculate average queue occu-
pancy. Multiple ingress buffers can be tracked at a given time using multiple counters.
