IP and GSM/GPRS specific options 
9.4.1.n.4 Destination/IP 
 
The Destination menu defines IP details for the selected PC connection. It also 
allows you to ping the host. 
9.4.1.n.4.1 Dest. name 
 
The Destination name defines which IP address is used to establish the selected 
PC connection. 
A destination name can be a numeric IP address or an alphabetic domain 
address. See also “How to edit a host address” on page 39. 
9.4.1.n.4.2 Destination port 
 
The Destination port defines which IP port is used to establish the selected PC 
connection. 
9.4.1.n.4.3 Ping host 
 
The Ping host command allows you to send a ping to the selected PC. This 
command is used to check if the PC is present and accessible from the panel in 
the network. 
The Tx/Rx value indicates a number of packets sent and received. 
9.4.5 Listening port 
 
Listening port is an IP port that is used for receiving uploading/downloading 
requests from the remote PC. The default listening port is 32000. 
Caution: Incoming requests via GPRS are accepted only if the GPRS 
connection is permanent and never closes automatically. See “9.3.n.7.8 
Disconn.time” on page 185 for more details.
