Thisensuresthattherearwheelsareonlyremoved
ifanattendantisavailabletosecurethemobility
deviceandpreventriskofoverturning.
Thecouplingringsfordisengagingthemotorsarelocated
onthepowereddrivewheels,refertoWheelsandDriving
chapters,ALBERespritusermanual.
Removingtherearwheels
1.Switchoffcontrolunit.
2.ReleasecoverBispressedbeyondthecouplingring.
3.SimultaneouslyrotatecouplingringAcounterclockwise
asfarasan“X”isdisplayedinthewindowC.
Thepowereddrivewheelisnowdisengaged.Wheel
canbettedorremoved.
4.Performstep2to3onbothsides.
Fittingtherearwheels
1.Engagetherearwheelcompletelyintotheadapter
sleeveandensurethatthetorqueplugissimultaneously
pushedintothetorquesocket.
2.RotatecouplingringAuntilitreachesthemiddlestop.
3.ReleasecoverBisushwiththecouplingringand“1”
isdisplayedinthewindowC.
Themotorisnowre-engaged.Wheelisin”Power
Driven”mode.
