a.Ifnot:whilstretainingthegeometryoftheslackstrapwire

Bandcolletarm,loosenthecolletgrubscrewDwitha

2mmAllenkey.

b.Createclearancebetweencolletandchassis.

c.Retightenthecolletgrubscrew.

3.Testtheloosestrapfunction.Refertochapter5.3Checking

LooseStrapFunction,page26.Thistestcanbecarriedoutwith

thehoistremainingonthetable.

Ifthefaultisrectified,re-assemblethehoist.Ifnot,continue

withstep4.

4.Adjusttensionontheslackstrapwire:

a.LoosenthecolletgrubscrewDwitha2mmAllenkey.

NotethespringFwillnowpullthecolletarmCagainstthe

switchsoitisopencircuit.

b.LiftthestrapEofftheslackstrapwireBandliftupthe

slackstrapwire.

c.RetightenthecolletgrubscrewD.

5.Testtheloosestrapfunction.Refertochapter5.3Checking

LooseStrapFunction,page26.Thistestcanbecarriedoutwith

thehoistremainingonthetable.

6.Ifthefaultisrectified,re-assemblethehoistandresetthe

emergencystop.
