When terminals use the ACC/DEC time selection
function, it is required to select four groups of
ACC/DEC time via state combination of these
two terminals.
This function code is used to set the polarity of
the input terminals.
When the bit is 0, the input terminal is anode.
When the bit is 1, the input terminal is cathode.
