Firmware Update
In the event new firmware for your UPS system or SNMP card
become available, navigate to the Firmware Update screen and
upload the files in the appropriate areas. Firmware updates
are available on our website, lithium-ion-ups.co m.
Location Update - Use location update for updating firmware
on individaul UPS systems. Download firmware from our
website and browse to the file using the location update.
Follow on-screen prompts.
FTP Update - Use FTP Update to automatically update firmware
on multiple UPS systems. Download firmware from our
website. Place file on an internal FTP server. Provide proper FTP
server address, credentials and when to scan for an automatic
update. If a new firmware update file is found, the card will
automatically update.
(NOTE: After update, the card takes about 2-3 mins to restart.
If you are unable to log in after a firmware update, clear your
brower’s cache.)

WiseWay - Assistant Function Menu
Port Debug
The Port Debug tool allows you to download files that may be
sent to the manufacturer for analysis in the event of a system
failure or warranty claim.

The Log Query menu lets you view, sort and export data logs from the UPS device.
About
The About screen shows various other data about the ION UPS
System, including hardware and firmware version numbers
and serial number of the SNMP card.
