Environment
The Environment tab will display the temperature and
humidity of the ambient environment around the UPS when
collected by an environmental module (available from third-
party manufacturers for use with other SNMP cards compatible
with ION UPS).

Control
The Control page allows for the software to control certain
aspects of the UPS system (selftest, remote shutdown, etc.).
NOTE: For this function to work properly, the Permission Setting
in the WiseWay GUI “SNMP Setting” menu needs to be configured.
The IP address of the PC or Server WiseInsight is residing on must
be listed in the Authorized IP address field. The Community string
must also be named and the Permission setting from th drop down
should be set to “Read/Write.”
Then, the SNMP trap command sent by remote control tab in
the WiseInsight program can be read by the SNMP card and the
command can be issued to the UPS.
