Saving the Options
1. Click Save to save the QC Exceptions parameters.
Note: Cancel clears all fields without saving any parameters. Save & Exit saves the EQC/LQC
lockout parameters and closes the dialog box.
To Unlock an Instrument that has Reached QC Failure Limit or the 911 Limit
Note: The HEMOCHRON Signature Elite must be connected to the Configuration Manager and the
instrument configuration information read by clicking on Read Configuration from
Instrument.
1. After the configuration data from the instrument has been read, select Clone Instrument. The Clear
Instrument Counts dialog box is displayed (see page 67).
2. Place check marks in both check boxes to reset the failure counts and 911 use counts on cloning.
3. Click OK. The Write Configuration dialog box is displayed (page 67).
4. Click Start. The reset configuration is written to the instrument.
Note: A message box is displayed when writing of the configuration data is complete. Click OK to
acknowledge the message. Then click Exit to cancel display of the Configuration Module dialog
box.
